I bought $PALM on a CEX, can I still participate?
Yes, if you bought $PALM on a CEX, you can still participate if you move the tokens to a wallet that supports the program. A CEX usually does not provide you with a real wallet, so you will need to use a wallet like Metamask. There are exceptions, such as the Coinbase Wallet. Make sure you have control over your assets.
I was disqualified for breaking the Terms - what can I do?

I can't connect my wallet or see my data - what can I do?
Use the Cold Wallet option to manually connect your wallet in emergency situations only, as this does not provide full user experience. Contact us for help if the issue persists. Be sure to note that on browsers where Metamask cannot be installed, you can use WalletConnect to connect to it nevertheless.
